Children’s Ministry

Where kids belong

Whether it’s a Sunday morning or a Wednesday night, our children’s ministries give kids a place to learn God’s Word and be loved well. Every volunteer is a member of the church, background-checked, and trained — so you can worship with peace of mind.

Child & Youth Safety

Your child’s safety comes first

Children’s ministry is the most protected area of our church. These standards apply in every room, every Sunday, and at every event — including VBS.

Two-adult rule

At least two screened, unrelated adults are present at all times — no adult is ever alone with a child.

Background-checked volunteers

Everyone serving with minors passes a background check, renewed annually — and serves only after being known in the congregation.

Matching-tag check-in

Children are signed in and out by a parent; your child is released only to the person holding the matching tag.

Trained team

Volunteers complete safety training covering boundaries, warning signs, and reporting — refreshed every year.

Questions about our child-safety practices? Ask any children’s ministry leader — we’re glad you asked.
